WHY USE THE PANAMANIAN JURISDICTION?
According to Panamanian Law, a vessel going through the Panama Canal can be sized, regardless of its flag or the quantity of the claim to collect any maritime debt or in order to obtain a guarantee for a pending claim in another jurisdiction. Moreover, our status as flag of convenience allows us jurisdiction over any vessel with a Panamanian flag.
